Balangan Beach in south Bali

Balangan is located on Bali’s Bukit Peninsula and it is one of the popular beaches to visit in Bali. You can spend the night at Balangan either at one of the beach shacks or at one of the guest houses right on the beach. It has the beautiful golden sand border that located between the vegetated limestone cliffs and the reef.

Balangan Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and it is best for relaxation on the white sand with a great atmosphere. This beach extends 200 meters with a panoramic view to the Indian Ocean. The coastline has a beautiful mixture of black and white sands on the beach. It is a great place to take walk and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Suluban Beach

Suluban beach is locally called as the Pantai Suluban. It is one of Bali’s most unique Beaches and it is covered by the natural limestone. Suluban beach is located on the end of JalanMamo in the coastal area of Labuan Sait. The contour of the terrain consists of narrow slits and many small caves.

 It is also one of the world class surfing beaches. The best month to surf here is April to August. If you are want to surf, then the Suluban beach is offered you a massive wave from 3 to 12 feet.

Suluban beach is located in the peninsula hills and it is 30 km away from Denpasar. You can also go to a place by drive from Kuta. It is quite difficult to reach that place by public transport. So you can take a taxi to visit the beach. 

Green Bowl

It is a quite task to getting to the Green Bowl beach, but once you get there, you can see the most beautiful place in the world. It is situated on the southern coast and you need to walk down hundreds of steps from the Bali cliff resort to visit a beach.

Green bowl beach is also one of the great surf sports beaches and it is not suitable for beginners. It is the small 30-meter coastal strip with wonderful white sand and the beach is approximately situated 75 meters down hundred of steps under the verdant cliff.

There are two large lime stone caves in that beach and that enclose small rock shrines. The best time to visit that beach is low tide. During the low tide, waters are crystal clear with fairly consistent waves. In the high tide conditions, most of the small beaches are getting flooded. Surfing is the main activity to visit this hidden beach.

Blue Lagoon Beach

It is one of the great secluded beaches in east Bali. This hidden beach is located on the northeast of the main beach of Padangbai. The beautiful Blue Lagoon beach is framed by rocky hills and green on both sides. The beach is concealed by the salt and pepper mix of golden and black of volcanic sand. 

There are two restaurants on this location, where you can get the best food and tasty local delicacies. The activity in this Blue Lagoon beach includes snorkeling, fishing, swimming and also diving. Here, the water is clear and blue. The beach sand is white with a calm that gives peace to the visitors. The beach is mostly calm throughout the year and due to the proximity of the reef, it is a great place to swim at higher tide.

The Blue Lagoon beach is known as the underwater paradise and it is approximately situated 30km away from Kuta. Finding a Taxi is an easy way to reach that place.

Padang Padang Beach

Padang beach offers whites and best surf. It is the most popular beach in Bali. This beach is locally referred to as the Pantai Labuan Sait and it is situated on the northwestern coast of the Bukit Peninsula. The beach is just 4 kilometers away from the Uluwatu Temple.

Padang beach attracts many wave riders around the world. It is the part of the world-class surf sports and the beach lies several kilometers in between Uluwatu and Bingin. This beach is one of the regular spots for international surfing events.

The beach is situated in Unggasan village, south Kuta district. Padang Padang beach is 30 minutes away from Denpasar airport.

Dreamland Beach

Dreamland beach is one of the hidden beaches on south western Bali. It is also known as New Kuta Beach and itis located on the Bukit peninsula. Following the mega development of the PecatuIndah and Pecatu Graha projects, the beach is highly accessible.
